The All New England Rally started in 2002 when Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont and Maine decided to combine their District Rallies into one big rally each year. The reasoning behind this was that it would allow people to enjoy one major rally instead of 6 smaller ones. More effort could be put into the Rally because of the participation of all 6 Districts. This year's rally marks the start of a new cycle, going back to Vermont, which is where the first one was held. |
